A valid ID, proof of income or business, and references may be requested. Our team will guide you through all requirements.
3. Lease Term
Standard lease terms are 1 year, but we offer flexible durations for select properties. Contact us for short-term and custom arrangements.
4. Rent and Utilities
- Rents are listed in Philippine Peso (₱), per unit, per month.
- Utilities are billed separately unless otherwise stated in the property listing. Some serviced offices may include internet and water.
